Renowned name of the industry, Sumeet Vyas, became a household name with his role as “Mikesh Chaudhary” in TVF’s web-arrangement Permanent Roommates. After featuring in some unique web projects, the actor is now entertaining the masses with his performances on the big screen.

IWMBuzz.com has exclusively learnt that Sumeet will be part of filmmaker Sudhir Mishra’s upcoming feature film titled Afwaah. Actors Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Bhumi Pednekar will headline the movie. The film is a quirky thriller, produced by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and filmmaker Anubhav Sinha’s Benaras Mediaworks.

According to Sudhir, “Afwaah” chronicles a story that he has lived with for a long time and has worked “each day to make it quirky and twisted”. In the project, Sumeet will play a vital role.

When buzzed Sumeet he confirmed the news and said, “I have been a huge fan of Sudhir Mishraji and been wanting to work with him for a while. And it turned out to be one of the most enriching experiences of my life.”
