The CBFC, or Central Board Of Film Certification, is known to be extremely intolerant when it comes to handling the Indian audience in a mature way. That’s why probably what is normal for the western audience is apparently not normal for Indian audiences. And now, as per the latest reports, censorship is going to be taken into consideration during portrayal of alchohol- related scenes as well. This has irked Farhan Akhtar and he has reacted strongly, saying –
The day is not far when they’ll just have the script read out in theatres.
