No, as per media reports in The New Indian Express, it is now confirmed that Ashika Ranganath is all set to play the lead role in the film. The shooting of the film is midway and Ashika is said to have completed 30% of her shooting portions already. Suni reportedly told CE that Ashika will be playing the character of Devakanye in the movie.
