Talented actor Gulshan Pandey, who is known for his acting chops in movies like Wanted, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai Dobaara!, Manjhi: The Mountain Man and Dhara 302, has bagged a big-budget movie.
If sources are to be believed, the thespian has been roped in for Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
Gunjan Saxena made history when she flew into a combat zone during the Kargil War and evacuated injured soldiers from Kargil in 1999. For her courage, Gunjan was bestowed with the Shaurya Chakra. For the movie, Janhvi Kapoor has stepped into the shoes of IAF pilot Gunjan Saxena. Apart from Janhvi, the film also stars Angad Bedi and Pankaj Tripathi.
Directed by Sharan Sharma and produced by Karan Johar, the film is set to hit the screens on March 13, 2020.
