Haq Box Office Collection Day 6: Emraan Hashmi and Yami Gautam starrer latest courtroom drama Haq is going good at the box office on the 6th day of its release. However, the film witnessed a slight dip in momentum after a strong first weekend. After the first six days, the film has come closer to the 13 crore mark.

The courtroom drama Haq is based on a socially charged narrative, and its positive word of mouth has drawn viewers’ attention. However, the film saw a slowdown in midweek collections, and it began on the first Monday, when collections witnessed a major dip compared to the opening day and the first weekend.

On the sixth day of release, Haq earned an impressive 1.15 crore, according to Sacnilk, a drop from the previous day.

On the first day of its release, the social drama earned 1.75 crore, and its collection soared over the first weekend, with 3.35 crore on Saturday and 3.85 crore on Sunday. On the first Monday, the film earned 1.05 crore, and on Tuesday, the collection witnessed a slight rise, earning 1.75 crore. And with the sixth-day collection, the total has crossed the 12 crore mark, inching closer to 13 crore, standing at 12.90 crore.

Haq is directed by Suparn Verma and is produced by Harman Baweja, Vishal Gurnani, Vineet Verma, and Juhi Parekh Mehta. The film is based on the story of Shazia Bano, a woman who takes her husband to court after he stops paying child support upon remarrying, set in 1980s India. Her legal battle to deal with triple talaq made her a national concern, coming out as a revolution for women.
