IWMBuzz Digital Awards Season 8 has been a super success, held on June 16 at JW Marriott, Juhu. The evening celebrated the best of the best in the Digital entertainment space, with several renowned celebs in attendance and the trophy going home. Among them, Rajkummar Rao was one who won big, receiving the Best Actor In A Digital Film award for his performance in the Netflix film Toaster.
As photos and videos are going viral on the internet, Rajkummar himself shared a glimpse, posing with the trophy, with a heartfelt note revealing that this award turns out to be the first-ever recognition for his film Toaster and production house Kampa Film.
Rajkummar, dressed in a chic brown-striped blazer set, looked dashing as he struck a pose with the trophy. And in the caption, he thanked his work and life partner Patralekhaa, fire for Vivek Das Chaudhary, Netflix, and IWMBuzz, saying, “Won the best actor for #Toaster at @iwmbuzz awards last night.

Toaster is a comedy-thriller film produced by Rajkummar Rao, Patralekha, and Tarun Bali under KAMPA Films. It also marks Patralekha’s debut as a film producer and casts Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles.
