Shakuntala Devi the upcoming biographical film on the mental calculator, Shakuntala Devi, also known as human computer is on floor.
The film written and directed by Anu Menon and produced by Vikram Malhotra will have Vidya Balan playing the titular role of Shakuntala Devi. Sanya Malhotra will play her daughter Anupama Banerji.
News coming in is that actor Jisshu Sengupta who has covered huge ground from being known in the Bengali circuit to making a name for himself in Bollywood, will be part of the film.
Jisshu is known for his performances in Hindi films Barfi, Mardaani, Manikarnika. He was also seen in Typewriter the web-series.
We buzzed Jisshu’s Manager but could not get any response from him.
