Kaantha Box Office Collection Day 7: The mystery thriller film starring Dulquer Salmaan in the central cast is going strong at the box office, wrapping its first week, and has crossed the 20 crore mark. Despite competitions and new releases, the film managed to make its way into the audience’s hearts.
With positive word of mouth and an intriguing narrative, the period drama is performing well at the box office. On the seventh day of its release, the film saw a slight drop, collecting 1.40 crore, down from 1.75 crore the previous day. And with the first seven days’ collection, the total has crossed the 20 crore mark, standing at 20.65 crore.
On the opening day, the film made a decent start with 4.35 crore. On its first weekend, the film earned 5 crore on Saturday and 4.5 crore on Sunday, witnessing a slight rise. However, on its first Monday (day 4), the film saw a drastic fall and earned 1.8 crore. Since Monday, the film has seen a steady performance, earning 1.85 crore on Tuesday and 1.75 crore on Wednesday.
However, with the film’s current pace, it is likely to cross the 30 crore mark in the next week or in just a few days. All the credit for the film’s steady performance goes to the intriguing narrative and Dulquer Salmaan’s on-screen presence.
