When ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ released in 2007, a lot of confusion was there regarding whether it would be Akshay Kumar’s first proper horror genre comedy or not. But when it actually came out, it changed the whole scenario. Akshay Kumar’s naturally funny comical element, the funny punchlines, and the well-planned comic sequences were something to watch out for. Add to that the presence of Paresh Rawal, who simply nails it in every role of his, be it a funny one or a serious one. Vidya Balan, Ameesha Patel, Manoj Joshi together killed it with their performances. And now after 12 years, we have come to find out that a sequel to the superhit horror-comedy is on its way soon and the name of the movie is ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’.
However, this time it will not be Akshay Kumar as the lead. This time, it is Kartik Aaryan who will be carrying forward the legacy of the iconic movie. Kartik Aaryan has undoubtedly been one of the hottest topics of B’town. Be it for his alleged love affair with Sara Ali Khan, or him signing films left, right and center, Kartik has been the media’s favorite boy for all the right reasons.
