Mimi the Dinesh Vijan film based on the Marathi film, Mala Aai Vhhaychy, will deal with the practice of surrogacy. The film is being directed by Laxman Utekar of Luka Chuppi fame.
As we know, Kriti Sanon and Pankaj Tripathi will play central roles in Mimi.

News coming now is that seasoned actors Manoj Pahwa and Supriya Pathak will be part of Mimi.
As per a reliable source, “Manoj Pahwa who is presently rocking the big screens with his performance in Housefull 4 will play a crucial role in Mimi. Supriya Pathak who is again a veteran of films will be seen in Mimi.”
We buzzed Manoj Pahwa but could not get through.
