Talented actor Manu Rishi Chadha, who has featured in movies like Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, Angrezi Medium and Laxmii, has bagged a new film. As per a credible source, Manu will be seen in Abhishek Bachchan starrer ‘Dasvi’.
In the film, Abhishek will be seen playing the role of Ganga Ram Chaudhary. The hilarious social comedy also stars Nimrat Kaur and Yami Gautam in a pivotal role. Tushar Jalota is making his directing debut with the film, which is written by Ritesh Shah.
‘Dasvi’ is being bankrolled by Dinesh Vijan, Sandeep Leyzell, and Shobhana Yadav. The movie is being produced under the banner of Maddock Films Production, and Bake my Cake films. In the first look of the movie, Abhishek was seen in a rugged avatar with a salt-and-pepper beard and gold earrings.
