Mardaani 3 Box Office Collection Day 21: The cop action drama film sustains well at the box office even in its third week. The Rani Mukerji starrer, showcasing a strong hold, wrapped the third week on a good note, taking the total collection to an impressive 46.3 crore.
Despite facing tough competition at the box office with new releases like O’Romeo and Tu Yaa Main alongside the already running Border 2, the third installment of the Mardaani franchise shows its strength owing to its strong word-of-mouth, strong narrative that relates to what’s happening in the surrounding, and undoubtedly Rani Mukerji’s fierce avatar as Shivani Shivaji Roy.
On day 21 (Third Thursday), the Abhiraj Minwala-directed film registered 0.45 crore, i.e., 45 lakhs, the same as the previous day (day 20). Despite tough competition, the film earned 5.4 crore in the third week. While in the first week, the first earned 26.3 crore and 14.6 crore in the second week.
With the start of the fourth week now, Mardaani 3 might see a surge in collection over the fourth weekend, but it all depends on whether the film sustains this time.
Mardaani 3 is a cop action film also starring Janki Bodiwala and Mallika Prasad. The film is produced by Aditya Chopra under the banner Yash Raj Films, and it was released on January 30.
