As per reports in Times Of India, the BMC has filed a police complaint against actor Sonu Sood for allegedly converting the six-storey Shakti Nagar residential building in Juhu into a hotel without the necessary permissions.
Reports however suggest that the actor has denied the allegations way earlier when the point was raised for the first time and has said that he was only waiting for the clearance from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA)
