The transactions were registered on October 23 and October 25, 2023, respectively. The buyer reportedly paid a total stamp duty of ₹36 lakh for the two properties.
Reports also stated that Priyanka’s mother, Madhu Chopra, handled the transactions on the actress’s behalf. However, the original purchase price of these specific apartments has not been reliably established.
