Raashii Khanna, the popular Pan-India actress, has carved her niche in the world of cinema with her skillful performances in different characters. Apart from being a renowned actor, she is also one of the most eligible bachelors in the town. In a recent interview, the actress got candid about her relationships, breakups, and what she expects. And in a surprising turn, she revealed the main reason behind her breakup in her last relationship.
In an interview with YouTube channel Cyrus Says hosted by Cyrus Broacha, when the host asked about the importance of money for her in a relationship, asking if she wants a rich guy, Raashii revealed, “I mean a little. I mean, I won’t say money is not important, of course it is. But not like insane money, that’s not what I’m looking for.”
Explaining her expectations from her partner Raashii says, “Even if, you see the problem is I have been with someone earlier in my life where you know that thing was if I’m earning a lot, it’s not like I think he I don’t know the way he was brought up or I don’t what his thought process was at that point. I mean, he spoke about it later. So I figured that there is a problem when the girls earning a little more than you.”
Further adds, “Even if I was okay with it and I would never judge it. So he felt that even though no matter what I said, I was always there.”
When the host suggested Raashii hide her earnings, the actress clarified that she doesn’t wish to dull her shine to comfort someone else’s emotions.
She highlighted, “Why would anyone want to dull their shine?” Explaining, “I would be very happy for the guy if he’s earning more, and even if he’s earning slightly less, that’s not a problem because this was for him. That’s what strained the relationship eventually.”
Lastly, Raashii revealed her partner backed off no matter how much she assured him that it’s okay with her if he earns slightly less than she does.
