Raj Kundra Pornography Case: Bombay High Court reserves order challenging arrest of Shilpa Shetty’s husband

As per the latest reports in Times Of India, the Bombay High Court has reserved its order on the petition filed by businessman Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe that challenges their arrest in a case related to the alleged creation and streaming of pornographic content through apps.

The police in the High Court reportedly argued that Raj was apparently not cooperating with the probe in the case. They also alleged that he destroyed evidence, a claim refuted by his lawyer.
