Raja Shivaji Box Office Collection Day 3: The historic drama based on the life of the legendary Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj is soaring high at the box office. Despite the tough competition, Riteish Deshmukh starrer has surpassed 40 crore total gross collection in just three days.
Undoubtedly, as actor and director Riteish has delivered a blockbuster, taking the total gross collection to 40.34 crore while the net collection now stands at 33.90 crore. Though Saturday collection saw a decline from the opening day however on Sunday the film again gain momentum earning higher than opening day.
On day 2 (first Saturday), the film also starring Genelia D’Souza, Vidya Balan, Sanjay Dutt, Abhishek Bachchan and others earned 10.55 crore while on day. 3 (first Sunday) saw a hike earning 12 crore. At the current speed the film is likely to surpass 100 crore very soon and this was expected due to the film being based on the legendary warrior and the beautiful execution to show the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
