Rajat Bedi Accident Case: Mumbai Police add ‘death by negligence’ in FIR after man’s death

A few days back, we heard reports in the media of actor Rajat Bedi having an accident in the Andheri area of Mumbai. His car reportedly hit a drunk man who was later admitted to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai.

And now, reports in India Today suggest that the man who got hit has passed away and this has resulted in the Mumbai Police have added section 304-A(causing death by negligence) of the IPC in the FIR against Rajat Bedi. No arrests have been made in the case yet.
