Laapata Ladies actor Satendra Soni has caught the attention in the headlines. The actor on his social media shared a shocking video of himself sharing a disturbing experience while shooting for a film in Madhya Pradesh.

In his Instagram video, the actor said, “Hello, my name is Satindra Soni. I am an actor. I had come to Mahiar to shoot a film whose director is Pushpendra Ji, and the film’s name is Pedh Palkhi.” Satendra further added, “He (Pushpendra) had given me 50,000 rupees as the signing amount, and he then told me that he would pay the rest of the amount after the shoot. And today, we have completed eight days of shooting, and when I asked him about the money, he told me to pack up and even said that he and the people along with him should not be seen in the hotel.” Breaking down in tears, Satendra at the end revealed that after the pack up, he (the director) even threatened to kill him.

The actor posted the video two days ago, reported on June 27, and Satendra, with Shridhar Dubey and Pankaj Sharma, arrived in Mumbai safely. In his latest post, uploaded on June 28, Satendra thanked all who helped him reach Mumbai safely and also mentioned the struggles he and his fellow mates faced.

In the caption, he wrote, “We have reached Mumbai safely. Thank you very much, Maher (Madhya Pradesh) Police, who also supported us.

Following the video of Satendra, which surfaced, this has prompted the All India Cine Workers Association (AICWA) to demand an FIR against those allegedly involved in the matter. In contrast, film producer and director Satendra has put the allegations on have not publicly responded to the allegations.
