Actress Shalini Pandey became the latest victim of such an incident, in which a topless deepfake video was circulated; however, the actress took a different approach, choosing to stay unbothered.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Shalini uploaded a post featuring a series of photos and videos capturing her random moments from the day. In the video, she is seen applying something to her face, and in her caption, she revealed that she moisturizes it, flaunting her edgy jawline and facial features. The actress absolutely looked stunning; however, it’s her caption that caught attention, which reads, “Moisturized. Unbothered.”
Though Shalini didn’t mention the viral video, the timing of her post suggests it’s a reaction to it, as the actress chooses to stay unbothered.
However, it’s not like Shalini didn’t address the issue; the actress called out such fake content and shared her concern on her Instagram stories on Monday, August 31, 2026.
Shalini’s Direct Response to the Deepfake: “I want to address a fake, AI-generated video of me that is currently being circulated online. The video is completely fabricated and does not depict me. It is deeply disturbing to see technology being misused in this way to target and harm individuals, especially women. I strongly condemn this kind of abuse and believe such misuse of technology should never be normalized. If you come across this video, please do not share, forward, download, or engage with it. Instead, please report it immediately. I request everyone to be responsible and mindful, and help stop its circulation rather than giving it further reach. Thank you!”
