Dr. Shiva Rajkumar has addressed the growing speculation surrounding a possible collaboration with Salman Khan, clarifying that the stories associated with the title ‘Monster’ would be entirely different and should not be perceived as a face-off between the two superstars.

The speculation comes amid renewed buzz around the title Monster, with reports suggesting that the title was registered by Shiva Rajkumar much earlier, while Salman Khan is said to have registered a title with the same name only recently. The development has sparked curiosity among fans, who have been wondering whether there could be a connection between the two projects.

Addressing the speculation and the possibility of the two actors being associated with the same title, Shiva Rajkumar made it clear that the stories would be completely different.

“No, the stories will be different. Alag alag story hota hai [Stories are different]. That will be really different. It’s not that Shivanna versus Salman Khan, nothing like that,” Shiva Rajkumar said, putting to rest the idea that the projects could revolve around a direct confrontation between the two stars.

His comments come at a time when anticipation around his upcoming project Original MONSTER is building, with the title itself becoming a major talking point among fans and the film fraternity.

At the same time, Shiva Rajkumar did not rule out the possibility of sharing the screen with Salman Khan in the future. When asked about a potential collaboration between the two stars, the Kannada superstar gave a hopeful response, suggesting that the wishes of the audience could play a role.

“I think… if God wish so, if you all people wish,” he said.

With both stars commanding a massive fan following across India, the possibility of a Shiva Rajkumar–Salman Khan collaboration is naturally generating excitement. For now, however, Shiva Rajkumar’s comments make one thing clear: any stories associated with Monster are expected to have their own distinct narratives, rather than being positioned as a clash between the two stars.
