Some shocking news coming in from the Malayalam film industry.
As per the latest reports in India Glitz, Mollywood filmmaker Shrikumar Menon, who has earlier directed the superhit film ‘Odiyan,’ starring Manju Warrier and Mohanlal, was arrested by the Alappuzha South Police for allegedly committing financial fraud.
Reportedly, the filmmaker was arrested after a complaint was filed by a business group called Sree Valsam Group of Companies.
According to the complaint, the filmmaker borrowed a whopping amount of rupees 1 crore from the business group for film production but failed to pay the money in due time.
