Some time back, we reported about Rhea Chakraborty filing a plea at the Supreme court regarding transfer of the FIR against her from Bihar Police to Mumbai Police.
The hearing initially got a little delayed due to technical glitches but finally a conclusion has come forward after today’s hearing.

After hearing out arguments by Rhea Chakraborty’s lawyer, Sushant Singh Rajput’s family lawyer, the counsel representing Maharashtra government and the Solicitor General of India, the Supreme Court has now reserved its judgement for the time being as it asked for written notes from all parties by Thursday.
As per reports in Times Now, the hearing is now scheduled for Thursday, August 13th 2020 and the judgement shall be passed on that date. Court proceedings today saw all parties making their statements.

Bihar counsel called Mumbai Police investigation a façade and said they did not cooperate with them in the probe. They also mentioned of Mumbai police working under political pressure.
Maharashtra Govt raised federalism point and said that report has already been submitted.
Rhea’s counsel supported probe by Maharashtra Police and opposed transfer of case to CBI.
Center demanded free and fair probe and also mentioned no mention of bruises on Sushant’s body in report submitted by Maha govt.
