“Well, as much as we talk about trusting our partners, it is also important to create that trust between one another. That can only be possible over time and getting to know each other better. It doesn’t build up overnight in any relationship. A nice space of trust and comfort zone can be created by transparent communication and honesty. Clarity of any form is very important.”
