Their upcoming romantic comedy film ‘Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri’ is hitting our high-spirited nerves. And now the onscreen duo dropped the title track on their social media, crafted by Vishal-Shekhar, making hurls across the weekend. The stars portray the lead characters of Ray and Rumi.
The song has its glam and glow. With champagne splashing from every edge of the music and perfect beach waves and vibes, it’s a visual treat for your eyes. Well, that’s that: while we were swayed by the tunes and the duo’s chemistry on screen, we missed Ananya’s full-fledged presence in the song sequence. We glimpsed her flamboyance and glamour, but we missed the chance to experience her presence in the title track and witness her full potential. We know, it isn’t the end, the film is yet to land, and we shall have a thorough sketch of her character, Rumi, in the movie.
However, the title track did its bit—entertain and inject life into our dull days. The film is helmed by Sameer Vidhvansh and backed by Karan Johar. The movie is all set to hit the theatres this Christmas.
We hope to witness an absolute banger and an ode to ’90s romance. Fingers crossed.
