Ahmed Khan-directed Welcome To The Jungle came out as a big family entertainer, given the huge starcast ensemble; however, in terms of expectations, the film couldn’t really live up to that, but tries to be on the average graph following the disappointing start, earning 15.25 crore on day 1 (First Friday) after the paid previews collection of 3.75 crore.
Though Akshay Kumar’s film is earning decently every single day, it seems that the competition from Main Vaapas Aaunga and Cocktail 2 is making it struggle to bring in the expected big numbers. Besides that, the film on its first Tuesday (day 5) saw an average rise, earning 9.25 crore in comparison to the first Monday (day 4) collection of 8.50 crore.
Net India Collection: In its first five days, the comedy entertainer managed to surpass 80 crore, standing at 81.50 crore in net India collection.
Gross India Collection: The gross India has neared the 100 crore mark, standing at 97.17 gross India total.
Overseas Gross Collection: On day 5, the film earned 3 crore overseas, taking the overseas gross to 22.95 crore.
Worldwide Gross Collection: In the first 5 days, the worldwide gross total has reached 120.12 crore.
