A few weeks ago, Karan Johar had hosted a special Saturday night party at his house and had recorded a fun video where he and all the guests were seen chilling and having a nice gala time at the house.
But little did he know that the video will only add to his state of bother and trouble. A politician Manjinder Sirsa had randomly accused Karan Johar and co. for being drugged at the party.. At the party, the guests were Karan’s industry friends, the likes of Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor and all. Manjinder Sirsa had randomly accused them of being drugged.
Although Karan didn’t bother to react to any of it then, he finally opened up about the whole in an interview with Rajeev Masand. When asked about the same. Karan was quoted –
‘It’s downright ridiculous.It makes no sense at all to make such random accusations. Vicky Kaushal was recovering from dengue while my own mother was there just 5 mins before the video was shot. How can someone say things like that and play with our reputation? It’s a group of people who are having fun after a hard week of work and nobody can take it away from us. ”
Adding further light to the same, he angrily reacted that,
“This time I am letting it go and not taking any legal step. But the next time somebody tries to mess up without any reason, I will take the legal way. ”
