Leather Pants Like Pro
The 35-year-old star started the leather pants trend with a monotone green outfit, then followed it up with a variety of different types, mixing and matching them to create edgy and aggressive appearances. Deepika wore leather leggings to the airport with a white blouse and socks and heels and a Versace bustier-style crop top for a second photo shoot, all dressed by her go-to stylist Shaleena Nathani.
Proving Its Cool To Repeat
The actress hasn’t shied away from wearing the same outfit multiple times. From red carpets to gatherings, we’ve seen DP preserve her favorite outfits over the years and style them in different ways. This year was no exception. The actress began the year with a sumptuous brown trench coat, a Bottega Veneta handbag, heels, and her hair tied back in a Zara coordinated ensemble. Padukone later wore her favorite Indian drape to an event in the city later that year. Her cut hair was shaped into a sleek wet hairstyle, and she wore the sheer black Sabyasachi suit over a full-sleeve blacktop. For an event in 2018, the actress wore the same saree but with a different blouse.

When it comes to styling, Deepika has always excelled with monotone. She made it her own by wearing head-to-toe ensembles in the same shade, particularly at the airport, and making it her signature style. She took it a step further this year by combining it with athleisure. Zara’s synchronized ensembles in vivid hues at the airport became an instant hit, with every celebrity attempting to pull it off when they could. She even wore heels and trench jackets with her athleisure co-ord ensembles. Padukone’s go-to outfit appears to be coordinated sets. At the airport, she also looked stunning in a lilac Ivy Park outfit that included a cropped blazer-style jacket and comfortable slacks, which she paired with a white crop top and silver shoes.
