Nayanthara is known as one of the most famous south Indian film actresses in the country. The actress was born on the 18th of November in the year 1984 and now works in films of South Indian languages like Tamil, Malayalam and Telegu. Many fans might not know this about her, but her real name is Diana Mariam Kurian. She was was born in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka and is not only an actress by profession but also a film producer and a model. She is loved mainly due to her acting skills and strong dialogue delivery.
The actress made her Malayalam film debut through the movie Manassinakkare, Tamil debut through the film Ayya and Telegu debut through the movie Lakshmi. In 2010, she also made her Kannada movie debut through the film Super. Her work is so commendable that she has won several awards from time to time too. Some of these awards are Filmfare for Best Telegu actress, Filmfare for Best Tamil actress and the Nandi award for Best actress. It makes sense why southern India loves her dearly. But good news is that now even the rest of the country will be admiring her for she will be working alongside the one and only Rajnikanth for a Tamil movie called Darbar.
