The Ranveer vs Ranbir comparisons have gathered steam for over the past few years, and most of us also believe that the next decade in Bollywood belongs to these two actors. There is very little similarities about the two apart from their almost similar names.
While one is a more fine-tuned and charming actor, the other one is bold with his fashion sense and acting chops, and the beauty of this is you already know which one is which. That’s how different these two are, but the fact that they are contemporaries, one is bound to draw comparisons.
Born into Bollywood royal family, Ranbir’s future in films was pretty much predicted; it was more about how big the canvas would be. After assisting Bhansali on Black, Ranbir found that canvas. He has time and again proved himself to be a versatile actor and all the female fan following that came calling was because of his trendy movies, amazing acting and charming looks.
Ranveer, on the other hand, was literally the guy who came from nowhere. He comes from no film background. His debut film, Band Baaja Baaraat, opposite Anushka Sharma had a low-key release but hit a good success at the box office. Since then he has been successfully bombing the box office and one can’t help but notice how amazing his chemistry with his co-star and now wife Deepika Padukone is!
While Ranveer is seen by some as being loud and flamboyant, Ranbir is seen as shy and reserved mostly. Ranveer’s style is outlandish and jolly while Ranbir’s is muted and he prefers to stay in his aura. We may not be able to pick one over the other but we definitely know there is always a time and place to see their movies, and we could not have been more excited than when their movies release.
