A spiritual sequel to the 2007 superhit Taare Zameen Par, the upcoming Sitaare Zameen Par is undoubtedly one of the most awaited films. While the trailer offered a glimpse into its world filled with love, laughter, and happiness, it has certainly heightened the excitement to witness this heartwarming family entertainer on the big screen. Amidst the growing anticipation for the film, the makers are introducing the cast members one by one, and this time, they present Gopi Krishna Varma, aka Guddu.
Gopi Krishna Varma hails from Calicut, Kolkata. He will be seen playing the role of Guddu in Sitaare Zameen Par. In the introduction video shared by the makers, we see all the fun he had on set while shooting. A true movie lover, Gopi has always been interested in acting and aspired to become an actor. Describing his character, he shared that Guddu doesn’t like to bathe and adorably mentioned that the character has become a part of him. As he emulates the charm of Kamal Haasan and Mohanlal, Gopi’s mother shared that while he has many seasonal interests, acting is not one of them, his passion for it has always been constant.
As the makers shared the introduction video of Guddu, they jotted down the caption –
“Best way to describe Guddu? Kamal Hasan + Mohanlal.
