Aamir Khan’s Sitaare Zameen Par, which released last week, continues to receive a resounding response from audiences across the globe. Billed as the spiritual sequel to his 2007 classic Taare Zameen Par, the film has struck a chord with viewers, thanks to its uplifting and inspiring narrative.
Amidst its soaring success, Aamir Khan recently hosted a special screening of the film in Delhi for ambassadors from various countries. The event was graced by dignitaries, including Kristina Ananina, First Secretary of the Russian Embassy, Ambassador Katharina Wieser of Austria, and Member of the Lok Sabha Shashi Tharoor among others. The screening was also attended by Ajay Bijli, Founder of PVR INOX. Aamir, dressed in his signature understated style, was seen warmly interacting and posing for pictures with the guests, celebrating the global impact of storytelling through cinema.

The lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya, and the music is composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy. The screenplay is written by Divy Nidhi Sharma. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit, with Ravi Bhagchandka as the producer. Directed by R. S. Prasanna, the film released in theatres on 20th June, 2025.
