As anticipation builds around Ginny Wedss Sunny 2, the film promises to be a complete Bawaal family entertainer, packed with romance, chaos, and laugh-out-loud moments. It also showcases the refreshing chemistry between Avinash Tiwary and Medha Shankr, whose effortless camaraderie brings alive a love story that is equal parts chaotic and charming.
Opening up about his experience, Avinash shared, “For me, this is my first proper, full-blown Bollywood masala film there’s romance, humour, comedy, action, drama, the entire spectrum coming together. I’ve been working for a while now, but this is the first time I’ve had the opportunity to explore all these elements in one film, which makes it really special for me.”
He further added, “On the surface, Ginny Wedss Sunny 2 may look like a familiar wedding film, almost like a template you’ve seen before. But the beauty lies in the freshness that every element brings to it. The characters feel real and relatable you genuinely start rooting for Ginny and Sunny. Their journey is so endearing that you feel invested in them, and even the family members remind you of people you know in your own life.”
Describing what makes the film stand out, he said, “It’s not about reinventing something completely new, but about presenting something familiar in the most heartfelt and engaging way. Like a simple breakfast done perfectly with the best ingredients and warmth that’s the feeling this film gives. And for me, that was truly the biggest joy of being a part of Ginny Wedss Sunny 2.”
Adding to the film’s appeal is a stellar ensemble cast including Lillete Dubey, Sudhir Pandey, Govind Namdev, Gopi Bhalla, Nayani Dixit, Vishwanath Chatterjee, and Rohit Chaudhary, who add depth, humour, and emotional resonance to the narrative.
