Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri has always presented the truth to the audience through his films. His work has consistently made an impact, revealing the harsh realities to viewers. Now, the filmmaker is gearing up for his next project, The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter, which has reached its final leg. In this context, he has addressed the nation about the subject of Bengal and the cruelty its people had to suffer. Calling it a “people’s film,” the filmmaker has invited the public to share any inputs they may have related to Direct Action Day.
Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri took to social media and shared a video in which he briefly discussed his upcoming film The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter. He explained how he began this journey four years ago with Bengal Sinister, a political research project on genocide. Raising a thought-provoking question, Is Bengal going to become another Kashmir? the film serves as a warning, highlighting how Bengal may be slowly heading in that direction. Vivek, along with Pallavi Joshi and their team, conducted extensive research, documenting and interviewing people from Bengal, many of whom are nearly 100 years old. They also studied numerous books and newspaper clippings.
Emphasizing that The Delhi Files: The Bengal Chapter is a people’s film, the filmmaker wrote the caption:

The Delhi Files : The Bengal Chapter will be directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and Jointly produced by Abhishek Agarwal and Pallavi Joshi. The film, presented by Tej Narayan Agarwal & I Am Buddha productions.
