In the interesting conversation Kajol opens up about her love for Maa Kali and how it was one of the driving forces for her to get on board for the movie. Maa is a first of its kind mythological horror deeply rooted in the ancient tale of Maa Kali and her strength and how she is the ultimate protector.

During the chat, Madhavan asked her did she felt eerie bad or yucky during the shoot of the film, MAA to which Kajol replied, while shooting the climax, “she felt eerie throughout the film, particularly the climax was brutal to shoot, physically as well. It was like tying the body and throwing you here and there. It was very very exhausting and it was shot in red mud.

R Madhavan also candidly also spoke how he was spooked out during shooting certain scenes in Shaitaan. His character had stolen the spotlight and given us sleepless haunting nights.

R Madhavan aka Shaitaan made a surprise appearance at the trailer launch event of the film, introducing this much-awaited mythological horror set in the world of Shaitaan. This exciting duo has now come together for a candid conversation discussing the two bone chilling films and the Ajay Devgn connection.

While shooting a particular scene Maddy reveals, “The scene where I make the daughter dance the entire night and she can’t hold her bladder anymore and she pees. So as a villain if I see it the entire messaging changes so I had to think what can I do differently and change the feeling into disgust. So I covered my face with a sheet so I didn’t have to see it. So there were certain scenes that made me uncomfortable but I did find my way out of it.”

Kajol and R Madhavan also spoke about the common Ajay Devgn connection and nothing beats the entertainment. Both the actors appreciated Ajay for his professionalism and the unbeatable aura he has.
