1. Chia pudding- Firstly, roast the chia seeds on a medium flame for a minute, and after cooling down. Mix protein powder and coconut milk in a bowl and mix it well to make it lump-free. Then add the chia seeds and freeze them for 30 to 40 minutes. Finally, it is ready to serve with healthy fruits.

2. Chia cereal- Soak chai seeds one night in milk before using it. Then top with nut fruits and cinnamon. You can also go for banana or vanilla extract for a healthy, tasty morning dish.

3. Beetroot salad: In a bowl, boil the grated beetroot. Add some yogurt, mix it well, and simultaneously add salt, chaat masala, black pepper, and coriander leaves. To serve, season it with cumin seeds, mustard, and things as per your choice to make it more healthy and tasty.

4. Beetroot pancake: Make a thick paste of beetroot flour. Add fresh chopped veggies, for example, carrots, coriander, capsicum, etc. Now add everything together and mix it well. Brush a heated pan with oil or butter and make then crispy, tasty pancakes with the mixture.
