Veg Frankie is one of Mumbai’s delicious street food. It is made by rolling up a tongue-tickling potato mixture inside the roti wrap.

So how do you make it?

Ingredients required: 4-6 flour rotis, 2 tsbp oil, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 2 cups boiled potatoes, 1 tsp chill powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 tsp coriander leaves, salt to taste and butter.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add boiled potatoes, chaat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, salt and cook it. Heat the roti on a tava using butter. Cook till it turns brown. Place the roti on a dry and clean surface. Add 2 tsp stuffing, top it with sliced onion, chaat masala and roll it up. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
