Karan Johar produced film Liger stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday who are making efforts to promote their film in every corner of the country. After entertaining audiences in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, and Chandigarh, the duo reached Indore to promote their film. The stars attended an event in the city yesterday; Vijay treated himself with mouth-watering Indori snacks. However, Ananya Panday’s cute reaction grabbed our eyes. The video shows that the Liger stars are having a blast while promoting their sports drama.
Vijay Deverakonda’s mother organized a Puja for him and Ananya Panday at Vijay’s luxurious Hyderabad residence.
Vijay took to Twitter, shared the pictures from the puja, and captioned it, “This whole month touring across India and receiving so much love already felt like God’s blessing! But Mummy feels we needed his protection :)So Pooja and sacred Bands for all of us…Now she will sleep in peace while we continue our tour.” Ananya Panday also penned a cute note on Instagram, “Blessings from Vijay’s amma @deverakonda and a pooja at his home in Hyderabad for #Liger #Thankful #Grateful #Blessed thank you auntyyyyy.”
Puri Jagannadh directs the sports drama Liger. The film will feature Vijay Deverakonda as an MMA fighter with a speech defect. And Ananya Panday will play the love interest of the actor. At the same time, Ramya Krishnan will be playing the role of his mother. Ronit Roy will feature as his coach, and Mike Tyson will make a special cameo in the film. The film is all set to release on August 25th in theaters.
