Prabhas (birth name- Uppalapati Venkata Satyanarayana Prabhas Raju) is an actor who works in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil films. He made his debut with the Telugu film Eeswar in 2002. He is the first south Indian actor to have his wax sculpture at Madame Tussaud’s museum. He is the most famous actor in the Telugu film industry. Apart from being an actor, he is a fitness freak. He likes to remain healthy and fit. He manages to take some time and do workout sessions. He used to weigh 82 kilos and had gained 20 kilos for his film Baahubali. His dedication to his workout was amazing. He does work out for six hours daily.

Prabhas never took steroids for his body. He prefers a daily routine workout with natural proper diets and regular training. His main focus is on muscles of the body, which he maintains through various fitness techniques. He got inspired by wrestlers of WWF by their workout routine and training sessions. For his film Saaho, he had to lose 10 kilos and it was difficult for him but somehow the actor managed to do it.
