Binnu Dhillon who started his career as a Bhangra performer soon got into theater and also films. He made his debut on Punjabi television with Paddu. He has appeared in several TV shows such as Sarhad, Lori, Gaoundi Dharti, Sirnaave, Man Jeetey Jag Jeet, Channo Chan Vargi, Professor Money Plant, Jugnu Hazir Hai, Jugnu Mast Mast, Padam Paria, Kankaal, Aaste, and Pagdandian. Additionally, he has also starred in Tele Films: Khara Dudh and Khich Ghuggi Khich.
However, his journey in Punjabi films has been one inspiring tale. He started his career with films Shaheed-E-Azam, Nalaik, Dev.D, Tera Mera Ki Rishta, but films like Carry On Jatta, Sirphire, Raula Pai Gaya, Lucky Di Unlucky Story etc catapulted him into the comedy genre so very well.
He has other films to his credit like Angrez, Kabaddi Once Again, Singh Vs Kaur, Munde Kamaal Ke, Ambarsariya etc.
