Shraddha Kapoor, the stunning, vivacious, versatile actress has not only astounded us with her acting chops onscreen but her gorgeous looks too. She rose to fame with her work in movies like Luv Ka The End, Aashiqui 2, Gori Tere Pyaar Mein. The diva is all set to be seen opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Luv Ranjan’s directorial.

As per reports in Vogue, Shraddha has always been very careful about her fitness regime and tries to follow a strict diet plan. Despite her hectic schedule, Shraddha is regular at her gym and practices yoga and Pilates as well. Shraddha revealed that she prefers eating home-cooked meals and have her dinner by 8:00 pm. She also prefers vegan diet and kickstarts her day with protein-riched food.

Shraddha starts her day with protein riched food like poha, upma, egg, egg white omelet or one portion of scrambled egg whites. Shraddha also drinks plenty of water to keep her body hydrated and digestive system healthy – she drinks at least 4 glasses of water after waking up in the morning. However, she skips oily, junk food, sugar and foods rich in fat to stay healthy and fit.

Apart from taking a balanced diet, Shraddha also does an intense workout. She does a lot of weight training and functional training that helps her stay fit and tone her body. During her 30-45 minute workout, she cycles to do cardio exercises and walks on the treadmill. Despite her busy schedule, she likes to dance and enjoys belly dancing, hip-hop, and Zumba.
