Gulshan Devaiah and Taapsee Pannu have teamed together to work on the actress’ debut film, Blurr. For the uninitiated, Taapsee has recently founded her own production company, Outsiders Films. The first production under the name is Blurr, a psychological thriller.
Gulshan Devaiah discussed his character’s characteristics in the psychological thriller with Mid-Day. According to Gulshan, “On the outside, Neel appears to be a lovely and understanding man, but on the inside, he is miserable and unfulfilled. He doesn’t need to work because he comes from a middle-class household. Instead, he has taken a stand in favor of his wife Gayatri, an anthropologist who is enthusiastic about her work.”
“They love each other,” he said, “but there’s an obvious tension in their relationship.” When asked about working with Taapsee Pannu on her first production as a producer, Gulshan stated it was everything he could have hoped for. “Working on the sets of Blurr has been one of my favorite experiences since it’s so much fun working with Taapsee,” Gulshan revealed. On Instagram, the actress shared updates on the project as well as a few behind-the-scenes photos from the production. Blurr’s filming has already ended, and we’ve seen a few glimpses of the future picture recently.
