Baahubali: The Beginning was a hit, but no one really expected that the first film in the two-part franchise will become such a game-changer for Indian cinema. Baahubali 1 cost Rs 180 crore, while Baahubali 2 budget stood at Rs 250 crore. From its trailer to music launch, releasing of books to film-related merchandise, every Baahubali event was a lavish affair.

Now the actor Prabhas, who shot to fame after his appearance in the movie, is all set to break the record. The actor joined hands with Bollywood Legend Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone for visionary director Nag Ashwin’s Project K. The film is bankrolled by production house Vyjayanthi Movies.

As per the reports in Koi Moi, Prabhas will be making the film Project K on the budget of Rs 400 crore. The 41-year-old superstar will be dedicating 200 days to Nag Ashwin’s film. Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone also agreed to give the majority of dates for the movie.
