Besides, on the work front, Kareena is waiting for the release of her upcoming movie ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’, which is set to release on the Big screens on August 11, 2022. The movie stars Aamir Khan in the male lead. The movie is a Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ popular creation – Forrest Gump. The hindi remake is directed by Advait Chandan from a screenplay by Eric Roth and Atul Kulkarni. The upcoming release is reportedly made on a huge budget of Rs 180 crores. And according to the reports, the movie has already earned Rs 8 crores in bookings.
Meanwhile, Kareena will also be playing a role in the movie Devotion of Suspect X. It is an adaptation of Japanese writer Keigo Higashino’s 2005 bestseller novel by the same name, which is going to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The murder mystery will be feauturing Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in key roles.
