Kiara Advani recently in an interview spoke about her first film Fugly being a flop at the box office. Read below to know what she had to say about it-

“I remembered when I was aspiring to be an actor, my first few thoughts were will I get a film, what it will be like and whether someone will cast me. The minute Fugly chose me; I thought I was set now. But on Friday when the film didn’t do well, I realized that there is nothing permanent here, things get changed Friday to Friday. Then there was the whole struggle of will I get another film because when you are a newcomer and the first film doesn’t work, the risk becomes harder for someone to bank on you. That was the lowest face of my professional life,” she said

She added, “when the film failed, that time I realized, the most important thing is the process of filmmaking. If you enjoy that and if you don’t get impatient about the result and your focus is not on the result then everything will happen on its own.” She said, “So after the failure of the film, I started putting myself back together. Going for training, holding my skills again. That was the point when I realized that I am here because I love art, and of course, the perks of it are when the audience and the fans accept you and give you the love. That’s the process when I am on sets and what I feel is what I am going to cherish. And then I just bounce back and work hard,” As quoted by Telly Chakkar
