Asin Thottumkal who shot to fame with back-to-back hits like Ghajini, Ready, quit the showbiz before her wedding took place.
In 2016, Asin Thottumkal tied the knot with Rahul Sharma, a business tycoon, and decided to quit showbiz. She wrote, “For all my media friends who still have not got the message, I’m once again reiterating that I have stopped taking up any assignments and have wrapped all my commitments before my wedding itself including my brand endorsements. Request people to stop making assumptions about my assignments and work as I’m not doing that at this stage. Had made this announcement before the wedding itself.” as quoted by Republic world.
The couple welcomed their first child in 2017, Arin. However, even though Asin quit showbiz, she still is quite active on social media and knows how to always keep on connecting with her fans on social media.
