Vidyut Jammwal shared on his social media some glimpses of himself while buried in snow and performing 'Kriyas', see photos.

Vidyut Jammwal does it again by outstanding his limits and proving that boundaries are myth. Invariably on a journey to push his physical and mental limits, the action star showed that no one can train like him.

A series of pictures of the actor have surfaced the internet, where he is covered in six-feet deep snow in the Himalayas. What’s shocking is that the Indian Kalaripayattu yogi is Calm and Casual as he is buried in the Himalayan range.

The pictures showed him performing a series of kriyas to control breathing. 

When Vidyut Jammwal was asked about the reason of him doing it, he explained that every martial artist has to hit different levels of physical abilities and this kind of meditation is his way unlocking a whole new zone. His stillness speaks to the degree of proficiency he has achieved in Kalaripayattu.

Vidyut Jammwal will soon be releasing a three-hour detailed video on how to control breathing through the mind and the mind through breathing.

Apart from that, talking about his acting career, he was last in the movie ‘Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2 Agni Pariksha’. He also has IB 71 and Sher Singh Raana on his slate.
