This year, the Global Citizen Live Festival saw many huge celebrities including Priyanka Chopra, who hosted the show at New York City’s Central Park.
The Global Citizen celebrates 10 years of impact with performances from various talented artists like Usher, Metallica, Charlie Puth, Mariah Carey, Tems, and more, and participation of influencers from across the globe.
Well, Jonas Brothers also performed at the event, and Nick posted pictures with his wife on social media, announcing they were ready for the show. The couple’s quirky fashion won the crowd and hearts on the internet.
Recently, Nick Jonas dropped two pictures on instagram featuring him and Priyanka walking down stairs dressed in quirky yet stylish ensembles.
The singer captioned his post, “Almost showtime @glblctzn #globalcitizen.” The photos that showed Nick in blood red co-ord pants and shirt set and Priyanka in a floral oversized jacket and pants.
In glimpses from the Festival that are surfacing the internet, Priyanka and Nick can be seen sharing a kiss and hugging it out on stage. The singer also heaped praise on his wife, stating that he’s ‘proud’ of her.
Ahead of the event, Priyanka also shared a BTS clip as she prepped with the Global Citizen Festival team. Captioning it, the actor wrote, ‘Global Citizen Festival and the incredible team behind the mission statement take the saying ‘it takes a village’ to another level. Today you will witness everyone’s hard work and united movement to end extreme Global Poverty.’
