Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande were the most loved couple of Indian television. Their chemistry was sizzling. But unfortunately, things took an ugly turn. One of the most loved couples, both on-screen and off-screen, Sushant and Ankita aka Manav and Archana of Pavitra Rishta decided to call it quits after six beautiful years of their relationship. They never spoke about their breakup. However, back then, Sushant in a tweet mentioned that “neither she was an alcoholic nor am a womanizer”. This was aimed at putting a full stop to the rumours regarding their separation.
They met on the sets of their show, Pavitra Rishta in 2009, and fell in love. Sushant even proposed to his ladylove on National television. The couple was generally seen together at all public events.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s death has left the Indian film industry and the entire Indian nation in shock. Sushant died by suicide on Sunday, at the age of 34. He was reportedly suffering from depression. Recently, Ankita visited his residence in Mumbai and met his parents.
