As per reports in News18 lifestyle, Disha’s diet is a blend of protein and carbs which she usually gets through rice and chicken. For full meals, she also prefers a protein rich diet like a bowl of eggs. She also puts a lot of emphasis so that she can sleep atleast 8-10 hours after long hours of work and shoot.

As far as workout is concerned, Disha works out twice in a day where she focuses on cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening. She also does a lot of meditation to keep herself fit and agile.
